The A1A shed is now largely complete with all brickwork, blockwork, cladding, doors etc fitted. Work is taking place to lay trackwork and internal walls are being painted. Work on 31418 has seen 12 overhauled fuel Injectors fitted along with relevant pipework. Work to the wheelsets has also been undertaken. 31271 will be participating at the Mixed Traffic Event at the Nene Valley Railway over the weekend of Sat 10th – Sun 11th October.
We are delighted to announce that planning permission was obtained for our proposed shed at Swanwick, MRB a few months ago.
